This is a long story that it started with my participation at Hong Kong Expo this year. I always go to the exhibition every April and October, so it is no exception this year. The first floor outdoor product exhibition organized by Global Resources at the Hong Kong Expo is still very popular every year. Kawang will also participate NEXT TIME.
It is so earlier when I arrived, there were not many people here, but after 10 o'clock, there were more and more foreign friends come. I walked around first and looked for several material manufacturers, to obtaining information and get detail with factoires. I went to a clothing and fabric store. As Kawang is preparing a Jacket from our UK customer recently. I needed a special materials. When I saw this booth has some similar materail and making. I chatted for a while with the boss. A client came in, and the boss asked me to help to communicate with them. Their staff wouldn't even speak up but just use a translator. To be honest, I admire them very much. They don't necessarily have to be fully armed to participate in exhibitions when doing business. Just they come and the courage. Strangely, after I arrived at their store, too many customers come and talk. And I only help them to talk one by one to the end. Two hours later, 7 clients were successfully negotiated, 5 of them were more interested. I was particularly impressed by three clients who talked a lot (Mel from Australia, Rod from the United States, and Saheen from Bangladesh). The boss said he asked me to help them keep following up and we will provide strong support for what they need. I don't think it's a good idea. You guys should take them back and talk to them by yourself. Although we are talking happy each other and I have a good relationship with them, I really want to continue communicating, I also do foreign trade. But to be honest, I won’t do that. In the end, they would like me to help them to send the development letters.
Speaking of every customers, they all have their own characteristics. But Mel left the deepest impression on me, with tall hair and a sweet smile. She is a handsome and beautiful girl. Why did she finally look for Kawang to develop this brand of chef uniform for her? Because of our authenticity, sincerity, quick feedback, and providing useful value for her, Mel should feel that working with Kawang would be very enjoyable. Yes, we give our customers that feel more comfortable. I consider every client we have worked with as a friend. Doing our business well and satisfying customers which is the mission of our every employee in Kawang. The chef's uniform requires special materials, but we cannot find a suitable fabric from our current material manufacturer. So we provide two materials with different proportions of two components, Mel likes very much. Therefore, we have decided to make two samples for testing, one for each weight, without adding a customized logo. This way is good to go, as it does not waste time and allows for quick and efficient testing before start a mass production. It is a safe and efficient approach.
The sample is currently in progress, and after passing the test, we will proceed to the next step of confirming the bulk sample. Customizing all logos, labels, and buttons will take 15-20 days. The final step after confirming the sample is the bulk order, so please keep checking my updates. This story will be continued, this is what do the win-win for Mel and Kawang.
